Remove all patient details before pasting. This is a demonstration — do not submit real patient information.
Anything you paste here is visible only to you, is kept out of the shared demo queue entirely, and is deleted automatically within an hour. That is a safety net, not a reason to paste a real referral.
Headers, forwarded chains and quoted replies are all fine — paste the whole thing.
